Used Vehicle Leasing
Although Expert Lease Pro includes only new vehicle prices, residuals, and
rebates, users can still use it to analyze used vehicle leases. Instead of
selecting the vehicle form the database, simply type the vehicle
description and pricing into the appropriate fields on the main
screen.
Loan Calculations
Expert Lease Pro also has a loan mode, which allows you to calculate loan
payments and analyze loan deals. Simply click the loan tab, then enter the
rate, number of months, and down payment and Expert Lease tells you your
monthly loan payment.
Lease vs. Buy
Not sure whether you should lease or buy? For lease-buy comparison the
software does a cash-flow analysis to determine the "total future
cost" of the lease, loan, and cash purchase. This accounts for your
opportunity cost of using your money to lease rather than invest or pay
off other debts.
